Think of me as an experienced mentor, ready to be your sounding board when and where you need it. I can share more about how we can work together during our no-charge call.

I can help in all areas of your business: marketing, sales, customer service, finance and accounting, manufacturing, and administrative.

COST

IS IT AFFORDABLE?

Yes. I don’t charge by the hour. I believe that that kind of relationship incents a consultant to spend more hours so they can bill more.

I work on a retainer basis. Some months you will need more of my time, others not so much. The benefit to you is no surprise invoices. The benefit to me is known income. We will negotiate a fixed monthly fee, based on what needs to get done. There is no long-term commitment.

Just like Netflix…if you don’t like what you’re seeing, you can cancel anytime.
